Izzy has been indoctrinated;  succesfully.  I was pushing her on the swing today and afterwards she was doing it herself, pumping away.  'Look, Daddy.  I'm doing it myself because I am strong.  Because I EAT NO JUNK and only eat healthy stuff and do lots of exercise.' Not 100% accurate as she does have the odd cookie, piece of cake etc but glad to see that she has the right idea!
