Anne out stocking up before we get hit by the 'Frankenstorm' that is due here Monday and Tuesday.  Should be fun.

I went for a 30 min run this morning and am feeling rather smug and virtuous.  No drink since Monday either - and have also stopped my other vice.  So embarrassed by it that I cannot even bear to write it down.  But I have stopped.  For good.
