Sandy came and toyed with us.  One of the biggest storms to the hit the east coast rolled over us last night.  Lots of rain, high winds and no power for most of the night.  Kids were great - played battleship by candle-light and then they both slept with Anne whilst I was banished to the guest bedroom.  Quite a lot of damage done to trees in the neighbourhood but no flooding so we got away lightly.
