Just been for a walk and reflected.  I think that it is the right thing to do to go vegetarian but problem is that we already have a dairy, egg and bread free household and I am not sure that I would also manage being vegetarian.  So I think that I will make one of the fastest policy U-turns in recent history, Mitt excepted, and take a more gradual approach.  We are already pretty much organic, and don't eat much red meat so that step will be to reduce my meat consumption to the minimum.

Described as a mixture of Flipper and the Bourne Identity, it shows an undercover expedition to uncover the massacre of thousands of dolphins each year in a secret cove in Japan.  Very good.

His next movie will be about the 6th great species extinction - happening now and caused by, you guessed it, man.  Very impressive bloke.
