So, yes, as of Monday I am officially, sort of, employed.  I have been in talks with some guys from Imperial College for some time about setting up a Bioeconomy Institute.  We need to raise the money first.  One multinational has agreed to stump up some but a lot more is needed.  said company has agreed to allocate some funding essentially for me to arise the rest - some £1.1m by end March.  Should be interesting, especially as I have no experience in this field.  Still, I will give it a lash and see what comes of it.
